It’s a results-driven career program where we work directly with you — and our network of recruiters — to help you land a job. If you don’t receive and accept a job offer from a company we introduce you to within 4 months, you get a full refund.
Simple:
- If you do get hired for a role that we introduced you to, the guarantee is complete.
- If you don’t get hired within 4 months, you can request a 100% refund — no hoops, no hidden conditions.We succeed when you succeed.
A job introduction is when we or our recruiter partners connect you directly to a company or recruiter for an open role — typically via email, LinkedIn introduction, or direct recruiter outreach on your behalf.
If you apply to a role independently without our involvement, that doesn’t count as an introduction.
Any job where the introduction was initiated by us or one of our recruiting partners. These are typically roles that match your experience, skillset, and salary expectations.
You must accept the job offer for us to consider it a success.
To keep the guarantee active, we ask for reasonable participation:
- Respond to introductions within 48 hours excluding weekends and US holidays
- Show up for interviews you agree to
- Communicate honestly about your preferences and changes
- We handle the introductions — you just stay engaged.
If the offer came from a job introduction we provided, declining the offer does not fulfill the guarantee, meaning you will receive a refund.
If the offer came from outside our network, the guarantee continues.
